“In early 2018 Idemitsu awarded a contract to Affinity Offshore for the detailed design of the 80 man Sao Vang Living Quarters offshore Vietnam. Utilizing the basic architectural layout Affinity Offshore, with due recognition of functionality, ergonomics and the relaxation of personnel developed, for each room and common area, the detailed layouts through to furniture specification, material selection, colour boards and intricate working details to ensure a smooth installation and fit out. Rooms that received special attention included the galley, the dining room, recreation room, infirmary, heli-lounge, gym and changing rooms, plus of course the cabins which were designed for single and two person occupancy. Although complex, the fit out was completed using local labour and ‘hands on’ Affinity offshore personnel to achieve a very high standard of finish,
“Affinity Offshore undertook the detailed architectural design for a new build 110 Person living quarters for an FPSO for COSCO for Petrobras. We were most impressed with the work which Affinity carried out & the design visuals were stunning. We look forward to working with Affinity Offshore again in the future.”
“IRM ordered 6 specially designed technical modules from Affinity Offshore in November 2019. The modules were successfully delivered to our base in Qatar by July 2020 in spite of the COVID-19 pandemic causing some difficulties throughout the contract period. As well as fulfilling the contract scope of EPC & delivery for the 6 modules Affinity also assisted greatly with the proposals for preparation, lifting, installation, hook up and commissioning on board the platform. It was a pleasure to work with Affinity Offshore on this contract and we shall definitely utilise their services on future similar works.”
“Affinity Offshore undertook the detailed engineering and procurement processes for an offshore weather shelter for MTE for BP, remotely from their offices in Kuala Lumpur. The process was very smooth, and we were delighted with the work scope which Affinity undertook.”
