Affinity Building Design has produced several designs for modular hotels. These standard base designs range from 5 Storey to 10 to 30 Storey designs in London, Dubai & New York. The modular hotel concept allows hotels to be built in roughly half the normal time, with all hotel rooms being prefabricated in a factory with very simple installation, plug and play hook-up and thereafter cladding installation.
