Affinity have been working with Caribbean Sustainable Fisheries since 2018 on this prestigious project to design & build a large Spiny Lobster Aqua Farm in the British Virgin Islands. After completing the basis of Design for CSF in late 2019 Affinity have produced detailed site and tank infrastructure designs as well as proposals for off grid solar and wind for this 5-acre coastal site. Affinity have now completed the detailed design of all hurricane resistant buildings and are assisting CSF in engineering management of the project through to completion estimated to be in early 2022. The specially designed industrial buildings include offices, laboratories, storage, packing and many other facilities designed to service all aspects of the site and business.
